Christmas 2017 Delivery Times 

  • Please note that the last date for guaranteed delivery to UK and EU destinations is the 12th December 2016. 
  • For non-EU deliveries, please contact us at customerservices@fussynation.com to find out the delivery times to your country.

Delivery


Ordering

•    Orders received before 12.00pm during working days will be dispatched on the same day.
•    Orders received after 12.00pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

•    Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
•    If we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you within 24 hours of receipt of the order or on the next working day.

•    All orders are subject to the relevant credit checks, security checks and product availability.

•    From time to time we may contact you to request proof of I.D and address.  In some cases, orders will only be shipped to the registered cardholders billing address.

•    First orders can only be dispatched to the registered cardholders addresss.

Dispatch

•    We use the services of  Royal Mail Special Delivery Service or one of our approved carriers.
•    All goods must be signed for at the point of destination.  A calling card giving instructions on how to collect your goods will be left at the address if we are unable to deliver.
•    Please allow between 3-5 days for your goods to be received.

Delivery Rates:

Our current standard charges are as follows  :

  • UK (Mainland) - £5.50 or FREE for purchases over £150.00
  • UK (Mainland) - £8.50 for Next Day Express Deliveries
  • UK (Mainland) - £11.95 for Saturday Delivery
  • UK (Non-Mainland) - £8.50
  • EU (inc Ireland) - £14.95
  • Rest of the World - £27.50

Note : Delivery Costs are not refundable. 

Import Duties

  • Orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, levied upon your order reachiing your country. We do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU (so they are not included in your purchase price) and we are unable to inform you of the charges involved. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
