Q : How long have you been established?
A : Unlike many conventional website operators, we are a bricks and mortar retailer whose business has been established since 1999. Our first store is the Portobello Road, Notting Hill store, the Whiteleys Store has been in existence since 2009.
Q : Exactly where is your store in Notting Hill?
A : Are based at 183 Portobello Road, London W11 2ED, The nearest tubes are : Notting Hill or Ladbroke Grove. We're on the same parade as The Electric Cinema.
Q : Where is your store in Whiteleys Shopping Centre?
A : We are on the 1st floor of The Whiteleys Shopping Centre, Queensway, London, W2. Whiteleys is a historic Central London landmark building, currently housing a number of shops, a cinema, and restaurants. The nearest tubes are : Queensway or Bayswater.
Q : Why do you have two different shopping concepts under the same fascia?
A : The Portobello Road store houses our lifestyle products. It sells stationery, books, home accessories, gifts, and books. We began to develop a fashion range beginning with fashion labels and these quickly outgrew the store. In seeking another store to house our collection we were offered a much bigger space in Whiteleys and things just grew from there.
Q : Where do you find all this cool stuff?
A : We are product junkies addicted to great, fun, quirky 'stuff.' As we travel we pick up ideas products and we try to integrate them within our offering. It works for us. We enjoy it. So we keep on doing it.
Q : Where can I find the music that you play?
A : We sell all of the music we play - both in the stores and online.
Q : I always visit your shop when I'm in London. How can I be informed when you have new stock?

Q : Is everything you sell represented online?
A : 95% of our lines are now available online. Some items, e.g collectibles, furniture or bicycles are only sold through our website.

Q : How can I get a job at Fussy Nation?
A : In the first instance, contact us at Careers@fussynation.com telling us why you would like to work for Fussy Nation, and what job opportunity interests you. We would normally reply within two weeks.
Q : Im looking for a particular item or size - can you help me?
A : Yes, of course. Contact us through the Customerservices@fussnation.com e-mail address and we will immediately look into your query.
Q : I have a complaint. Who do I need to talk to?
A : You can call us on our main number stated on the homepage of the website, or alternatively, e-mail us at Customerservices@fussynation.com and we will deal with your complaint immediately.
Q : I received a faulty item. What is the procedure?
A : In the very rare event of us supplying faulty goods, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the invoice number, the faulty product, and whether a refund, replacement, or a repair is required. We will advise on how the return is then administered. We will need to be advised of faulty goods within 5 working days of receipt.
Q : Im based outside the UK, what are deilvery costs?
A : For items sent to the EU (inc Ireland) the delivery costs are - £10.00 and for items sent to the rest of the world the delivery costs are - £20.00. Note : Delivery Costs are not refundable.
